We’re demonstrating the importance of respecting the Field of View in real estate photographie, as ultra wide angles are too often used - and abused, rendering the dimensions of rooms way bigger than in reality, putting off prospective buyers
You can see 3 examples, here shooting a small bedroom measuring 11 x 12 foot, with a 6′2″ low ceiling;
using straight 24mm, that respect perspectives but constrains the view of the room,
then ultra wide 14mm that shows the room, but make it appear way bigger than it is in reality, and finally,
the use of Tilt-Shift perspective control lens (here a PC-e 24mm mounted on a Nikon D700) allowing us to shoot one left and right image of the same room, then stitch them together ot obtain the same field of view than a 14mm without the distortion.

Ce sont les chiffres officiels 2007-2008 de la California Association of Realtors ! (FNAIM Californienne) Les vraies statistiques sont probablement encore plus mauvaises.
La France ne demeure pas au-dessus de toute crise immobilière. Plusieurs facteurs néfastes à une reprise se manifestent aux USA, mais aussi en Europe.
